The ancient Rabbis teach that we should celebrate Passover as though you yourself are coming out of Egypt. How does the embodied practice of the Passover Seder allow us to work through communal and personal trauma? How is the neuroscience of trauma healing found within this embodied ritual? As we explore these questions we will bring an embodied understanding to an ancient practice that holds within it tools for healing. * This class was inspired by the work of Rabbi Arielle Hanien.
